FLAT is happy to accept online returns within 14 days of the date your receive your order. All items must be clean, undamaged, and safely in original packaging in order to be accepted for return or exchange. Please note, a 15% restocking fee will be incurred, with the exception of damaged goods which will be taken care of by us completely. We believe in the quality of our pieces, and will provide a full refund if your furniture arrives damaged. 

To make a return, please email returns@thefutureisflat.com with your order number in the subject line. We will process your return and provide a free shipping label to you via email. Simply repackage your items and drop them off at your nearest UPS location. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. If you return is accepted, please allow 3-5 business days for a refund to appear on your original method of payment.
